BCBAs at Capernaum Autism Center design individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, continuously refining strategies using real-time data and evidence-based practices. 

They lead parent training sessions, supervise our therapy team, and make critical decisions that drive measurable progress. Selected for their strong communication skills, ethical commitment, and ability to build trusting relationships with families, our BCBAs ensure that each child receives therapy that is not only effective but also compassionate, respectful, and tailored to their unique strengths and needs.
